What is the recommended daily intake limit for Ashwagandha?
Ashwagandha is generally regarded as safe when consumed at levels below 500 mg per day. Although the amount of Ashwagandha in one serving of Calm and Relax™ is 125 mg per serving, we recommend not exceeding one serving per day (2 capsules) in order to stay within recommended limits of Magnesium intake per day. If you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medications, consult your physician before use.
How much Magnesium should I take daily?
Magnesium has been identified as a common dietary shortfall, which means that Magnesium supplementation is important for many people. Health experts recommend a daily intake of 400–420 mg/day for men and 310–320 mg/day for women.[2]
