Nature Made Quality

Our commitment to you

Nature Made Quality

We're on a mission to enhance your pursuit of a vibrant life.

Our quality standards are industry-leading, from ingredient sourcing and manufacturing to third-party verification of our products. Nature Made products are developed with food grade ingredients that are compliant with FDA and California Proposition 65 (Prop65).

We manufacture our products here in the United States using high quality, globally sourced ingredients and have for more than 50 years. Our facilities, equipment and all materials used in them are specifically selected, evaluated and monitored to ensure they meet the requirements of all applicable regulations and are free of unwanted substances. For every bottle of vitamins we make, there are several hundred individual checks, inspections and tests completed to verify the quality standards of the product are being consistently met to produce safe and effective products.

What is United States Pharmacopeia?

The United States Pharmacopeia (USP) is a scientific, nonprofit organization that sets federally recognized public standards of quality for medicines, dietary supplements, and foods. USP has been establishing standards since 1820, and today USP standards are used by manufacturers and regulators in more than 140 countries. While others may provide testing and quality seals, USP is the only standards-setting organization recognized in U.S. federal law that offers third-party verification. Moreover, Nature Made was the first brand to achieve verification from the United States Pharmacopeia (USP) program for Dietary Supplements, a third-party organization that sets strict quality standards. To this day, Nature Made has more products verified than any other vitamin and supplement brand.

#1 Pharmacist Recommended

When it comes to choosing a vitamin, pharmacists know best. While many people turn to their pharmacist for advice about prescription medications, only one in five customers asks their pharmacist questions about vitamins and supplements, according to a recent Nature Made–sponsored survey. Pharmacists, however, are a wealth of information about over-the-counter products.
