"I switched my prenatal vitamins about a month ago, right before I actually conceived. Happy with the one capsule a day, and the ability to buy it in a 90 count bottle. Ordered it online and was quick to ship/get to me. Glad to know I can pop by most grocery stores though and pick it up if need be."

Questions? VIEW ALL FAQ VIEW ALL FAQ on Questions?

See our frequently asked questions below:

  • What key nutrients should I be considering while I am pregnant?

Before, during, and after pregnancy, women should focus on a healthy diet that provides fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, low- or non-fat dairy and lean protein. Key nutrient gaps in the American diet include Vitamins A, C, D and E and the minerals Calcium, Magnesium and Potassium. This multivitamin has been specially formulated to help address those gaps.[2] Additionally, the Omega-3 Fatty Acid DHA may help support fetal brain and eye development.
  • How many multivitamins can you take a day?

We recommend that you follow the suggested dosage found on each bottle (1 softgel per day). However, as with all supplement regimens and especially during pregnancy, you should consult with your healthcare professional before starting any supplement routine.
  • Are there artificial colors and/or flavors in your prenatal and postnatal multivitamins?

You will not find artificial flavors in our prenatal and postnatal multivitamins. Additionally, they are gluten free.
  • Are your multivitamins gluten free?

Most Nature Made® products are gluten free. Please refer to the label of the bottle or packaging that it is contained in. If you have any additional questions, please call us and we'll be happy to assist you.
  • Why is there a desiccant in my bottle of Nature Made Multi Prenatal + 200 mg DHA?

We have added a plastic desiccant to some of our products to improve the quality by helping to reduce the natural occurring odor, and to help reduce the softgels from becoming sticky. Although the desiccant should not be consumed, it is non-toxic. The desiccant has been manufactured in the United States.
