Please read the Official Rules and Regulations (“Official Rules”) of the NATURE MADE® X GREAT RACE Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to accept the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors (defined below), which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

SPONSORS: Pharmavite LLC (Nature Made® products) and Great Race, LLC.

ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes entry period begins at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on Friday, 2/20/2026, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on Saturday, 2/28/2026 (“Entry Period”).

  1. ELIGIBILITY

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE OR IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

The Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents currently residing in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age, and the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry, on the start date of the Entry Period. Employees, directors and officers and their immediate families (spouses and siblings, parents and children and their spouses) and household members of the Sponsors, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, distributors, dealerships, franchisees, and companies involved in the implementation and execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively the "Sweepstakes Entities") are not eligible.

Any Sweepstakes entries received from an ineligible participant will be disqualified. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

  1. HOW TO ENTER:

During the Entry Period, entrant must:

  1. FOLLOW @naturemadevitamins and @greatracela on Instagram.
  2. LIKE the 2/20/2026 Instagram post on the @naturemadevitamins and @greatracela Instagram feeds promoting the Sweepstake.
  3. TAG a friend in the post comments (unlimited entries, 1 tag per comment).

Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method, will void all entries and result in disqualification. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for misdirected, incomplete, lost, late, illegible, undelivered, inaccurate or delayed entries, or for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or other errors or problems that may limit or affect a person’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes, whether human, mechanical, typographical, printing, electronic, network or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. In the event of sabotage, acts of God, terrorism or threats thereof, computer virus or other events or causes beyond the Sponsors’ control, that corrupt the integrity, administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsors reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify entrants and/or modify, cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsors reserve the right to award prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such cancellation. False or deceptive entries or acts will render the entrant ineligible. All entries become the property of the Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned. ANY ATTEMPT DELIBERATELY TO DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

  1. WINNER SELECTION/NOTIFICATION:

On or around Monday 3/5/2026, one (1) potential winner (when verified by Sponsors as set forth below, the “Winner”) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

Potential winner will be notified by Sponsors via Instagram direct message (“DM”) on or about Monday 3/5/26. Potential winner must meet all eligibility requirements, including replying to the notification and execution and return of all necessary releases and documents (if any) required by Sponsors within forty-eight (48) hours of the date that notice is sent or such other time period set by Sponsors. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsors shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate potential winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate potential winner may be selected. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules. No liability is assumed for any notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received by a potential winner for any reason. Return of notification as undeliverable, failure to sign and return requested documentation within the specified time period, the inability of Sponsors to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period or noncompliance with these Official Rules by a potential winner will result in disqualification and, at Sponsors’ sole discretion, another potential winner may be notified.

If there is a dispute as to the identity of a potential winner, the winning entry will be declared to have been made by the holder of the authorized Instagram account included in the Sweepstakes entry. If a dispute as to the identity of a potential winner cannot be resolved, in the Sponsors’ sole discretion, such potential winner may be disqualified, in such case, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected by alternate random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. An alternate winner may also be selected at Sponsors’ sole and absolute discretion if: (i) any prize notification is returned as undeliverable; (ii) a potential winner declines his or her prize; (iii) a potential winner fails to comply with any of the Official Rules or applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations; or (iv) a potential winner does not respond to notification and/or accept the prize within forty-eight (48) hours or other time period set by Sponsors. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsors will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.

  1. PRIZE:

One (1) Winner will receive one (1) flyaway trip for Winner and one (1) guest with a total maximum value of $2,500, to Los Angeles for the Agoura Hills’ Nature Made® Great Race event, consisting of:

  • two (2) nights of hotel accommodation in one (1) double occupancy, standard hotel room (dates and location determined by Sponsor and/or Administrator in its sole discretion),
  • round-trip domestic, economy-class airfare for two (2) within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii from a major commercial airport nearest Winner’s residence (as determined by the Sponsor and/or Administrator in its sole discretion) to a destination airport (travel dates and location to be determined by Sponsor and/or Administrator in its sole discretion),
  • $400 Uber Voucher for transport to and from Los Angeles area airport and hotel and back, as chosen by sponsors respectively, redeemable from April 10, 2026 to April 12, 2026 (ARV: $400)
  • Free admission code for two (2) to The Nature Made® Great Race event on April 11, 2026, for the race event of their choice (ARV: $45 -170 per person),
  • one (1) VANKEAN® Carry-on suitcase in Yellow (ARV: $99.99), and
  • six (6) bottles Nature Made® vitamins and supplements to be determined by Sponsors (ARV: $230.00).

THE TOTAL ARV OF THE PRIZE IS: TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2,500.00 US). The ARV of the Prize is subject to fluctuations in airfare and the value may vary depending on the location of the departure city. Any difference in the stated ARV and the actual value of the Prize will not be awarded

PRIZE CONSISTS OF ONLY THOSE ITEMS SPECIFICALLY LISTED AS PART OF THE PRIZE. ALL OTHER EXPENSES NOT SPECIFIED HEREIN, INCLUDING FLIGHT INSURANCE, TRAVEL INSURANCE, FOOD, BEVERAGE, GROUND TRANSPORTATION, FUEL, TIPS, SOUVENIRS, OR OTHER PERSONAL EXPENSES OR INCIDENTALS INCURRED AS PART OF REDEMPTION ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. If Winner lives within two hundred-fifty (250) miles of the Great Race (as determined by Sponsor and/or Administrator in their sole discretion), ground transportation between Winner’s residence and hotel will be provided in lieu of air travel and no compensation or substitute prize will be awarded. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Prize travel must be coordinated using Sponsor/Administrator’s designated travel agent and, once booked, cannot be modified or cancelled. Prize travel is subject to availability and advanced notice requirements. Other restrictions also apply. Winner and guest are solely responsible for having all necessary travel documents.

No substitution or transfer of prizes or cash redemptions permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, in its sole discretion. There will be no substitutions if the Winner is unable for any reason to use or accept the prize. If any portion of the prize is canceled or postponed for any reason, no prize will be provided in lieu thereof, nor will Sponsor award an alternate prize or cash value or any part of the prize. Prizes may be subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer.

Winner is responsible for the reporting and payment of all federal, state and local taxes (if any) and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified in these Official Rules and/or in the applicable entry instructions as being provided. Prize will be fulfilled within a reasonable time of Sponsor’s or Administrator’s verification of Winner. All prize details and additional terms, conditions, or eligibility requirements are in Sponsor’s and/or Administrator’s discretion.

  1. Publicity:

By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant grants Sweepstakes Entities and their designees the right, unless prohibited by law, to use their names, user names, entries, cities and states of residences, voices, avatars, pictures and likenesses, without compensation, notification or approval, for the purpose of advertising and publicizing the goods and services of the Sweepstakes Entities and all matters related to the Sweepstakes, in any manner or medium, now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity. Winner’s name may be included in publicly available winners list.

This giveaway is co-sponsored by Pharmavite LLC (Nature Made® products) and Great Race, LLC. All brands and trade names are the property of their respective owners, and no endorsement or sponsorship is intended.

If an Entrant chooses to submit or post any media content (including to but not limited to photographs, videos, recordings) in connection with this Sweepstakes, that Entrant grants to Sponsors and their partners and designees, a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, copy, distribute, and display such content and any portion thereof, in any media, and the right to use, copy, modify, edit, and create derivative works therefrom.

  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS / RELEASE:

By entering or participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, the terms and conditions of the Sponsors’ websites, and the decisions of Sponsors, which are final and binding. By entering or participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants waive the right or claim any ambiguity or error in these Official Rules or in the Sweepstakes itself. By entering or participating, Entrant agrees to (a) release Sponsors, their affiliates and subsidiaries, and each of their directors, officers, agents and employees, from all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, in whole or in part, caused by (i) Entrant’s participation, including the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize; (ii) Sponsors’ sponsorship or administration of the Sweepstakes; and (iii) Entrant’s and/or any third party’s use, sale or disposal of the prize; (b) acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize. Neither Sponsors nor any service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry information, or for any human or other error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data or voice transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or Website or to complete a telephone call or facsimile transaction, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost or misdirected mail, or any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes. Winners must meet all local laws and regulations. Prize winners assume all liability for any injury, death, or damage caused, or allegedly caused, in whole or in part, by participating in this Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or redemption of the prize. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, TAMPER WITH THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO COOPERATE IN THE PROSECUTION OF ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL(S) AND TO PURSUE ALL REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of being executed as planned, or infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, action of Entrants, technical failures or any other causes which in the opinion of Sponsors, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsors reserve the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any suspect Entry or Entrant and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. If the Sponsors reconvene the Sweepstakes after a suspension, determining the prize winner will be made, from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received as of the date of the suspension, as Sponsors determine in their sole discretion. Entries not complying with all rules are subject to disqualification.

  1. DISPUTES:

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Entrant agrees that (a) all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court in California; (b) all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant waives all rights to, claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than out-of-pocket expenses, and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, Entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsors in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed under, the laws of the California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of California law or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than California law.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees the Sponsor may collect and use an Entrant’s personal information submitted with the entry and acknowledges that the Entrant has read and accepted the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy which provides, without limitation, certain information about how Sponsor collects, uses and shares personal information and the rights an Entrant may have regarding Entrant’s personal information.
