How many gummies should my child take per day?

We recommend you follow the suggested dosage found on each bottle. If you choose to take a different dose than the suggested dosing found on the label, make sure their personal healthcare professional is aware of the supplements and dosages your child is taking. Please remember that Kids First® Gummies are not candy and keep them out of the reach of children.

Are there artificial colors and/or flavors used in these gummies?

Nope! Kids First® Sleep Gummies contain no artificial flavors and no synthetic dyes. They contain natural fruit flavors, and their color is derived from natural sources. They contain no high fructose corn syrup, plus, they’re gluten-free and vegetarian!

What about their sugar content?

Kids First® Sleep Gummies contain approximately 1 gram of sugar and 10 calories per gummy. This amount, when consumed as part of a healthy diet, should not be a concern. Kids First® Sleep Gummies are sweetened with organic tapioca syrup and raw cane sugar and contain no high fructose corn syrup. If your child is sensitive to sugar, please check with a healthcare professional about incorporating gummies into your child’s bedtime routine.

Are there side effects from taking this product?
