The Difference Between Magnesium Oxide & Magnesium Citrate

Magnesium oxide and magnesium citrate are both bioavailable forms of magnesium; however, they differ in how well the body absorbs them. Magnesium citrate is a form of magnesium bound to citric acid, which makes it easier for your body to absorb. Magnesium oxide, on the other hand, is magnesium bound to oxygen and tends to have lower bioavailability. Both forms can help increase your magnesium intake, but this supplement is made of the more bioavailable magnesium citrate form.

Adults, take 2 tablets daily with water and a meal.

Store tightly closed, in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children.
