To submit a request to know, correct, delete, or data portability, we require that you explain your relationship with us, specify your request type, and provide your name, and email address. You also have the option to provide us with additional request details. We use this information to identify responsive records and to assist in verifying your identity. To verify your identity, we use a service provider who may ask additional questions to verify your identity, including your home address, country, your date of birth, the last four digits of your social security number, and other questions such as physical addresses or locations that you have been associated with. Your request should include sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
