“Stress Less” Pumpkin Pie Recipe
Ingredients: 1 Lowfat Keebler Graham Cracker Pie Crust 1 cup canned pumpkin 2 cups of fat free milk 1 package sugar free / fat free vanilla pudding 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice 4 ounces Light Cool Whip
Directions: Simply mix up all the ingredients and spoon them into the crust. Next, you can add the left over cool whip on top (if you like). Ingredients: 1/2 cup Egg Beaters 4 tablespoons sugar 1 cup of Evaporated Skim Milk 3/4 cup of fat free milk 1 tsp vanilla flavoring Ground nutmeg to taste
Directions: Whip the egg beaters and sugar together. Add all the rest of the ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
This recipe is only 109 calories per cup and 1 gram of fat! Compare that to regular eggnog, which is 460 calories and 20 grams of fat per cup!
“Stress Less” Gravy Recipe
Ingredients: 1/4 cup of Cornstarch 1/4 cup of water 4 cups of turkey broth and defatted pan juices Salt and pepper to taste
Directions: Bring the 4 cups of broth and defatted pan juices to a boil over medium heat. While that`s going on, take a bowl and mix the cornstarch and water together. Once the broth and juices are boiling slowly add the cornstarch and water mixture, but keep stirring the whole time. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Downside: You need to get the turkey pan droppings in advance, stick them in a glass container, put it in the refrigerator and wait for the fat to solidify at the top. Scrape off the fat so you only have the juices left.
Upside: This much gravy provides a 2-ounce serving for a total 16 servings for only 12 calories and zero grams of fat! Compare that to 2-ounces regular gravy for a whopping 108 calories and 4 grams of fat, and you can see that this version keeps you from having to spend 10-20 minutes at the gym...now that`s cool!

Ingredients: Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix, herb flavor 1 small onion Celery Swanson Chicken Broth Fat Free Bacon
Directions: Follow the package instructions and the stuffing amounts to only 2 grams of fat compared to 20 grams in regular stuffing.

Ingredients: 2 cans Swanson Chicken Broth (Garlic flavor) 5 large potatoes cut into 1 inch pieces I Can`t Believe It`s Not Butter LIGHT (tub not spray)
Directions: Boil potatoes with broth, then mash the potatoes and add a small amount of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Light at the end, along with a dash of pepper.
This recipe is only 1 gram of fat per serving compared to 9 grams of fat in regular potatoes.
