How do you recommend I take this product?
Please read the label for the suggested dose. We would recommend that you take the dose about one hour before you plan to go to sleep.

Nature Made recommends one softgel a day approximately one hour before bedtime. Products containing Melatonin should not be taken continuously for longer than 2 weeks. Sleep is intended for use by adults who occasionally face difficulty falling asleep.
