Adults, take 2 softgels daily with water and a meal.

No two people are alike, so if you are taking medications you should be aware that potential drug-nutrient interactions may occur. Consult a healthcare professional before using this product.

Use Caution

If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or have blood clotting issues, consult your physician before use. Fish oil should be used with caution when combined with: blood thinning medication (e.g., Warfarin and Coumadin), nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (e.g. ibuprofen and aspirin), and blood pressure medication
