Nature Made’s Spa Getaway Sweepstakes!OFFICIAL RULES
No purchase necessary. To enter: Visit us online at www.naturemade.com and complete the registration page. Limited to one entry per person/email address. Sweepstakes begins on 12:00 am EST 7/1/02 and ends on 11:59 pm EST 10/1/02. Open to residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 or older. Employees of Pharmavite® LLC., Continental Promotion Group, Inc, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited.
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a two night spa getaway trip for two to the Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa in Sonoma, CA. Trip includes coach airfare from major airport nearest winner’s home, roundtrip airport transfer via shuttle including gratuity, two nights deluxe accommodations for two, full meals for two days including wine reception each evening, access to spa and thermal baths, and one 50 minute spa treatment or round of golf per person, per day. Approximate retail value of Grand Prize is $3,360.00 (three thousand three hundred sixty dollars.)
Winner will be chosen in a random drawing conducted on or about 10/5/02 by an independent judging organization whose decisions shall be final on all sweepstakes matters. Winner will be notified by mail. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. Winner may be required to sign affidavit of compliance and eligibility and a liability/publicity release within 14 days of notification or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
Winner is responsible for any local, state, and federal taxes. Winner consents to sponsor's use of their name, likeness or voice for any advertising or promotional purpose without further consent or compensation, except where prohibited. Winner agrees to release sponsor, its employees and agents, from any and all liabilities resulting from entry, possession or use of any prize. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any printing or technical error which may occur in processing, printing, or distribution of the sweepstakes materials.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, incomplete, damaged, late, failed, or misdirected transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, electronic malfunction or damage to any network, hardware or software. Sponsor is not responsible for any congestion, failure or malfunction of any telephone network or lines, on-line system, server or provider, computer equipment, or software. If the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including tampering, computer virus, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any web site or undermine legitimate operation of the program is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law. In the event of dispute over source of any electronic entry, the entry will be attributed to the owner of the e-mail account.
