Vitamin SweepstakesOFFICIAL RULES
No purchase necessary. To enter, log on to http://www.naturemade.com. Limited to one entry per person. PharmaviteŽ LLC. and its agents not responsible for undelivered entries. No copies or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. All entries must be submitted by midnight on the last day of each month of eligibility to qualify for the next monthly drawing. All entries must be received by 12/31/05.
Sweepstakes begins on 3/1/05 and ends on 12/31/05. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia. Must be 18 years of age or older to enter. Employees of Pharmavite LLC, Continental Promotion Group, Inc, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited.
Ten (10) grand prize winners will each win a one year supply of Nature MadeŽ and/or Nature MadeŽ Herbs vitamins and supplements plus a personalized regimen developed by a Wellness Advisor Expert. Approximate retail value of each grand prize is $299.00. Twenty (20) second prize winners will each win a one year supply of Nature MadeŽ vitamins. Approximate retail value of each first prize is $100. Total approximate retail value of all prizes is $4,990.00.
One (1) grand prize winner and two (2) second prize winners will be selected on the 15th day of each month, for ten (10) consecutive months, starting April 15, 2005 and ending January 15, 2006. Non-winning entries will automatically be entered into the next months drawing. Winners will be chosen in a random drawing conducted by an independent judging organization whose decisions shall be final on all sweepstakes matters. Winners will be notified by E-mail or via U.S. mail. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Pharmavite LLC reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
Winners are responsible for any local, state, and federal taxes. Winners consent to Pharmavite LLC's use of their name, likeness or voice for any advertising or promotional purpose without further consent or compensation, except where prohibited. Winners agree to release Pharmavite LLC, its employees and agents, from any and all liabilities resulting from entry, possession or use of any prize. Pharmavite LLC and its agents are not responsible for any technical error, which may occur in processing, collection, storage or distribution of the sweepstakes materials. Pharmavite LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, incomplete, damaged, late, misdirected, failed, or partially garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to, electronic malfunction or damage to any network, hardware or software. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including tampering, computer virus, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Pharmavite LLC which corrupts or impacts its administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct, Pharmavite LLC reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Pharmavite LLC is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software, on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this promotion. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any web site or undermine legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Pharmavite LLC reserves the right to disqualify and seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law. In the event of a dispute over the source of an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be that of the owner of the email address.
