Nature Made Alaska Cruise Sweepstakes Official Rules

1.	ENTRY: No purchase necessary to enter or claim prize. Sweepstakes begins 2/1/04 and ends 3/1/04 ("Sweepstakes Period"). To enter, mail completed official entry form (available at participating Albertsons, Savon's and Osco retailers) or 3½" x 5" paper with hand printed name, complete address, daytime phone and date of birth to: Nature Made Alaska Cruise Sweepstakes Entries, P.O. Box 6717, Saddle Brook, NJ 07663-6717 for receipt by 3/8/04. Only one entry per stamped envelope. No mechanically reproduced entries allowed. Sponsor and agents are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, stolen or postage due entries or mail. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

2.	ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the states of AZ, AR, CA, CO, DE, FL, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, MD, MI, MO, MT, NE, NV, NJ, NM, ND, OK, OR, PA, SD, TX, UT, WA, WI, WY, age 18 and over. Employees of Pharmavite LLC d/b/a Nature Made Nutritional Products, ("Sponsor"), Albertsons, Savon's, Osco and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising, promotion and service agencies and the immediate families (spouse and parents, children and siblings and their spouses) or individuals living in same household of such employees are ineligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3.	DRAWING: A random drawing from among all eligible entries will be conducted on or about 3/10/04 by Alcone Marketing Group, an independent judging organization. Approximately 50,000 official entry forms will be available; however odds of winning will depend on number of eligible entries received.

4.	PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV): (1) Grand Prize: A 10 day/ 9 Night cruise for (4) to Alaska. Trip consists of round trip coach air travel from major airport near winner's residence to major airport close to ship's port of departure and returning from major airport close to ship's port of return, (2) outside cabins (double occupancy), all ship-board meals, port charges, round trip transfers between ship and airports, and (1) shore excursion. Ship will depart/return from either British Columbia, Alaska or Washington State. ARV: $15,000.

5.	PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: No substitutions or transfers of prizes permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute all or part of a prize with one of comparable or greater value. If Grand Prize winner is not of the legal age of majority in state of residence (a "minor"), prize will be awarded to parent or legal guardian. Winner is responsible for payment of all taxes on a prize and for any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of a prize not specifically stated herein, including onboard gratuities, and all items of a personal nature such as the purchase of soft drinks, etc. Winner and guests are responsible for required government travel documents such as passports. Winner will be issued an IRS 1099 Form for the fair market value of the prize. All travel is subject to airline and cruise availability, and restrictions and blackout dates apply. Travel must take place between May 8, 2004 -September 4, 2004 or prize will be forfeited. Once a reservation has been confirmed, no changes are permitted by winner. Reservations and airline tickets are non-refundable for cash or credit, non-transferable and non-changeable once issued. If lost, they will not be replaced. Grand Prize winner and travel guests must travel on same itinerary. Actual value of Grand Prize will vary depending upon departure location and time of travel.

6.	NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified by mail approximately 10 days after drawing and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release within 10 days of notification. Failure to return documents as specified, or if any prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, will result in prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner. Guests of winner must be age 18 or older and execute a Liability Release, and where legal, a Publicity Release within a specified time prior to issuance of travel documents. If any travel companion is a minor, (not of age of majority in state of residence) parent/legal guardian must confirm and sign release documents.

7.	LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating, entrants agree: (a) to these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor and judges, which shall be final in all respects; (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Albertsons, Savon's, Osco, Alcone Marketing Group, their affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from all liability, injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize, or participation in the sweepstakes; (c) if a winner, to the use of his/her name, photo, biographical data and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation and upon request to agrees to provide consent in writing to such use; and (d) that Sponsor has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any representation or warranty, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, in regard to the prize including its fitness for use and quality.

8.	GENERAL: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend this sweepstakes if non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the sweepstakes; and in such event reserves the right to award the prize in a random drawing from among eligible entries legitimately received prior to the action taken.

9.	DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, or the determination of winners shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Sponsor and/or Alcone in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine of any jurisdiction, and all proceedings shall take place in California.

10.	WINNERS LIST/OFFICIAL RULES: For name of the Grand Prize winner, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Nature Made Alaska Cruise Sweepstakes Winners List Request, P.O.
