Dosage:
Take 1 softgels daily, with a meal for optimal absorption.

Interactions:
Nature Made Ultra Omega-3 Fish Oil 1400mg should be used with caution when combined with:
- Blood thinning medication (e.g. Warfarin and Coumadin)
- Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (e.g. ibuprofen and aspirin)
- Blood pressure medication

Each softgel provides 647 mg EPA and 278 mg DHA and 75 mg of other Omega 3 fatty acids.

This softgel is larger than my other Fish Oil products I have taken in the past, why is this?

Our NatureMade Ultra Omega-3 Fish Oil 1400 mg is very concentrated with highest potency of 1400 mg. The 1400mg one per Day fish oil formulas require only 1 softgel to provide 1000 mg of omega-3 fatty acids (including EPA and DHA). Most other fish oils require you to take 2-3 softgels per day. Many consumers appreciate this convenience.

What are the benefits of taking fish oil?
