    Suggested use: Take with meals. Some experts recommend 500 mg of EPA and DHA for heart health. Nature Made Krill Oil offers 518 mg of EPA and DHA in 7 softgels.


    Interactions:

    Krill Oil should be used with caution when combined with:

  • What are some dietary sources of Omega-3

    The active ingredients in Fish Oil are the omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Rich dietary sources of these omega-3 fatty acids are cold-water, marine fish including sardines, anchovies, cod, tuna, salmon, halibut, mackerel and herring. Certain types of shellfish such as shrimp also contain a moderate amount of omega-3.

    We use only the oil from wild, deep water, ocean fish: sardines and anchovies.

    Great Product, but expensive compared to Fish oil My husband can no longer swallow the big fish oil capsules and I tried these instead. They work and the dose is comparable. But the price is so much higher that I may not be able to use them unless there is a reasonable way to buy them, such as coupons, or larger size package at a better price. I did take advantage of the buy one/get one offer. Thank you and the retailers for that! January 13, 2012
