    The active ingredients in Fish Oil are the omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Rich dietary sources of these omega-3 fatty acids are cold-water, marine fish including sardines, anchovies, cod, tuna, salmon, halibut, mackerel and herring. Certain types of shellfish such as shrimp also contain a moderate amount of omega-3.

    Truly Burpless I had tried some regular ones and could not stand the fish burping. I take this everyday after breakfast and have not had any of those fish burps. Excellent and convenient product. March 8, 2012
    Good product, but not always burpless. I take 4 pills (2 in the morning and 2 in the at dinner) every day. Most of the time these pills are burpless, however, sometimes they aren't. These are better than the previous ones that were not burpless. March 8, 2012

    just don't drink hot beverages... I really like Nature Made products. The Fish Oil is great as long as it's taken just before a meal and no hot beverages are taken within a half hour. I get no fishy effects if I follow that rule of thumb. Burpless or regular, no matter. January 12, 2012
