    How many gummies can I take per day?

    We recommend you follow the suggested dosage found on each bottle. In some cases, as with any other vitamin, people may choose to take higher or lower doses than found on the label. Make sure your personal health care professional is aware of the vitamins and dosage you are taking. But please remember these gummy vitamins are not candy, and keep them out of reach of children.

    I’m concerned about the sugar content of gummy vitamins.

    Our gummies contain 1-3 grams of sugar and 5-15 calories per gummy. The amount when consumed as part of a healthy diet should not be a concern. If you are sensitive to sugar please check with your health care professional about incorporating gummies into your daily plan.

    What is the Calcium and Vitamin D relationship?

    Vitamin D helps with the absorption of calcium and most calcium supplements contain some vitamin D. Read the labels carefully because many calcium supplements do not contain enough vitamin D to meet the recommended daily amount.

    YUM! What a delicious way to get our calcium! I do wish it had magnesium and zinc in it as well, but I'll take the vitamin D, lolz! When you wait until these are on sale and then add a coupon to it, it's WAY cheaper than the off-brand that generally uses gelatin. I'm not a vegan, but I don't like the stuff!     Nature made adult calcium gummies I had the Lap Band procedure and we have to have all liquid or chewable products and I love this product! It tastes amazing and I'm getting what I need! The only thing I wish is that they had coupons available! November 30, 2012

    Calcium These calcium gummies are superior to others I've tried. . Calcium pills are usually large and hard to swallow - these gummies are easy to chew and swallow. They have a very good flavor - they taste good and are good for you! Extremely pleased with this product and would definitely recommend it. July 26, 2012
