  • Dosage:

    Dissolve 1 tablet in mouth before swallowing, up to 4 times per day.

    Tastes great I can't tell is they are working really, because that's just very hard to tell. I do know that they taste great and are very convenient. The flavor really does match and it's easy to get even anti-vitamin kids to eat these. The only problem is trying to limit how many you want to eat. No more than 4 a day! April 15, 2013
    Convenient! It's a FRENCH VANILLA flavor, not the traditional vanilla flavor, but we like it. I especially bought these for my teenage daughter to ensure she gets her Vit D since we live in the Pacific Northwest (ie, winters with very little sun). I used to buy the chewable Nature Made Vit D in orange flavor, but I can only find them in Grape flavor now, which is not a flavor my family likes. So this is a good substitute.
