  • Super D Immune Complex softgels provide a powerful combination of key vitamins and minerals designed to help support a healthy immune system. Led by vitamin D3 and complimented by essential cofactors, or “helper nutrients” (magnesium, zinc and vitamin A) that support the function of vitamin D, this complex packs immune system support into one, easy to swallow softgel.

Studies show that many Americans are not consuming recommended levels of vitamin D, magnesium, zinc and vitamin A in their diets.* The Super D Immune Complex helps fill gaps in nutrients that are essential for proper immune system function.

Vitamin D supports a healthy immune system by supporting proper immune cell function and activity. Vitamin D supplements come in two forms: vitamin D2 and vitamin D3. Vitamin D3 is more effective at raising and maintaining healthy levels of circulating vitamin D in the body. Magnesium participates in over 300 reactions in the body, including the conversion of vitamin D into its active form. Zinc and Vitamin A form a unique complex with vitamin D which is necessary for vitamin D to act at the cellular level.

Not only does the Super D Immune Complex help fill common nutrient gaps from the diet and provide immune system support, but it also helps support:

Bone and Muscle Health with vitamin D3 and magnesium
    Antioxidant Support with zinc
Essential nerve and heart function with magnesium

Consider complimenting with one of Nature Made's many vitamin C products. Vitamin C provides antioxidant support and helps support a healthy immune system.

  • I didn’t realize vitamin D had immune benefits. How exactly does vitamin D work to support my immune health?

Although the largest body of research for vitamin D is related to its role in bone support, numerous other roles, including immune health, have been discovered for vitamin D. Researchers have identified vitamin D receptors in many different types of immune cells, and key immune activities have been found to be dependent on adequate levels of vitamin D.
