    Vitamin C should be avoided when taking:

    love it!! i bought these on sale, they are great, easy to take. even the kids like to take them and ask for them!! great for the cold season. easy to open for people who have problems opening bottles, the lid just pops open like tic tac containers. February 21, 2013
    What a great idea! I just bought the Vitamin C and Vitamin B-12 Vitamelts. I love that you can take them without water and that they dissolve quickly, so the vitamins get into your system much faster than a vitamin pill. It is so much easier than trying to swallow a pill. The resealable package is small enough to carry in a pocket and designed to prevent rapid deterioration of the vitamin. The Vitamelts also taste good. I will definitely be buying more of these in the future. December 15, 2012
