Vitamin A plays a major role in our visual system, where it is necessary for the normal functioning of our eyes and vision. Vitamin A also affects the growth and development of our lungs, teeth, gums and skin. It is essential for proper immune function.

Vitamin A is recommended to be part of a daily regimen for Immunity.

DOSAGE and DIRECTIONS
Take one softgel daily with a meal. Keep bottle tightly closed and store in a cool, dry place. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Do not use if imprinted seal under cap is broken or missing.

Soybean Oil, Gelatin (non-bovine), Glycerin, Fish Liver Oil, Water.
Contains: Fish (Sardine).

 
PRECAUTIONS
Women who may be pregnant should NOT supplement with Vitamin A, rather they should supplement with Beta-Carotene. Vitamin A intake should not exceed 10,000 I.U. per day.
