Prenatal DHA Liquid SoftGel
Great Prenatal easy to take
Soft gels make for a smoother swallow vs other rough textured pills & gel capsules are generally recommended faster and fuller. One thing I noticed due to the faster absorption is if I took it in the morning on an empty stomach or after a light breakfast I did feel nauseous BUT once I changed my time to taking it after my second meal at lunch it didn't make me nauseous anymore. I recommend anyone who is sensitive to prenatal to take it after their second full meal of the day. Also the color of my urine indicates I'm getting full absorption, specially after the second full meal of the day. After a light meal it seems to absorb way less and my urine is vibrant with unabsorbed vitamins.

I have been using this product for my first baby, and I love it! It does not smell nor taste like fish, nor makes you burp after taking it.

Good OTC Prenatal Vitamin
I've been using these prenatal vitamins for the last two weeks and have found them easy to use. They're in softgel form so they're easy to swallow. I haven't had any upset stomach issues related to them. The only complaints I have are that I wish they had more Ca. There's only 12% of your daily recommended dosage. They also contain double the amount of Zn than the gov recommends for pregnant and nursing mothers.
I think they're great for the price and would recommend them to other soon-to-be-mommies.

Great Product, good quality!
I'm now 14 weeks pregnant, but began taking this vitamin nearly 6 months ago. I love that it is an all in one and you only take one a day, I really like the balance of vitamins, folic acid and Omega 3's. The price is right too, and I use the reward points to get $7 off every third bottle or so, which is an awesome discount in and of itself. I've not had any problems swallowing these even though they are big because the shape and texture is very smooth going down. Definitely take these with food!! I've realized that if I take it without food, I do get the fish burps which is pretty gross (I am naturally a burp-y person anyway). I'd recommend this to all potential moms-to-be and current moms!

Convenient, easy to take, no fish burps!
This is the easiest and most convenient prenatal vitamin I have tried. It is sometimes difficult to take two fish oils and a chalky pre-natal, so this is a great solution!
Pregnancy is a time when women can really use calcium so, for this reason, I wish there was more than 12%DV.

I began taking this product 3 months before trying to conceive. The first bottle I bought, I picked up because I recognized the brand name, and it seemed to have everything in one. And frankly I was nervous and overwhelmed and the price was right. I adjusted to it very easily, which isn't always the case as I have a very sensitive stomach. The only thing I didn't like about it was that there were food dyes in the ingredients. I had planned to switch after I finished what I bought. When it came time to buy a new vitamin, I noticed the bottle now said "no synthetic dyes." Needless to say I was incredibly happy. Way to make a good product into a great product Nature Made! I have been taking it for 5 months and have noticed a big difference in my nails and hair. So far no baby, but I will definitely be using this product from now until I conceive, through my pregnancy and breast feeding. I have no need or desire to try any other products. I feel very fortunate to have found the right vitamin on my first try.

Not pregnant...but I take a prenatal multi + DHA everyday!
I am not pregnant but we are planning on starting a family within the next yr. I figured why not go ahead and start preparing my body with a good prenatual vitamin esp. since my body can only benefit from the ingredients. I love that I do not have to take two seperate pills - one each day isn't bad. Hopefully my preperaton prior to getting pregnant will only help my body once I am.
