The product overall is one of the best
I do need to take a calcium supplements with this product. But overall I just love it. My doctor recommended Nature Made to me over 17 years ago.

simple and effective
This is the first multi-vitamin I have ever taken and I love it! It doesn't leave a bad taste in your mouth such as other pills do. As someone who has recently started to be productive in adapting a healthier lifestyle, this was a great addition to my daily routine.

Excellent in every way!
I would highly recommend Nature Made Multi for Her. I have found all the Nature Made vitamins to be excellent and this one is no exception.

Good vitamin specifically made for women
I have tried many Women essential vitamins, but I find the Nature Made for Her to work the best for me. Many key ingredients have more in this vitamin than from other companies. I highly recommend at least that you try it and see for yourself.

Finally got one that has what I need.
Im a moderately active 35 year old woman who wanted a good, basic multi-vitamin that had everything I needed, in the amounts needed without having to buy a bunch of other vitamins or minerals to get in a single day. I read Nutrition Action and they had great articles on how much is needed and what is just hype. This one gives you everything you need in one pill. I tend not to have a heavy breakfast (just something quick like a Kashi bar to fill my tummy and get my metabolism going) and like most milti's, this didnt land great on my rather stomach. To remedy that I take half in the morning and the other half in the early afternoon.

Makes a difference!
The tablet is easy to break into two equal doses. I take one in the morning after breakfast, and one after supper in the early evening.
